My favorite has always been the Waitresses' "Christmas Wrapping." Now here's one to go along with it. The Forty Nineteens picked the right song with the right arrangement and careful production. You know the song but you've never heard it rock like this. Like an early 1960s 45, it's all there in a tight two and a half minute package - nice beat, appealing tone on the guitars, clean guitar solo, and the song title repeated in a catchy chorus a la Paul Collins. At 99 cents, it's a no-brainer.
